Dubai SME is making three strategic enhancements to further refine and focus its business incubation capability; one, virtual pre-incubation or incubation without being a resident of the BIC, two, the idea innovation laboratory, and three, the service provider network.

BIC engages early stage companies with high growth potential. Clients are considered through the evaluation of the following criteria:

  • Early stage and start-up companies & location of business in Dubai

  • Entrepreneur’s commitment

 

Demonstration of Position

Applicants must demonstrate they are one of the following:

  • A new business

  • In the process of establishing a business

  • Undertaking pre business research or development, or testing an idea

  • A business moving from a home (Intelaq)
